1. How to register on the site?

To register an account on HelpFi.ua, click on the "Sign up" button at the top of the main page.

In the window that opens, enter your phone number (in the future, the phone will be your login to log in) and password, then click the “Continue” button.

Next, enter your name and email address and click the "Sign up" button.

Now you are in the HelpFi team!

2. How to install the application?

In order to install the "HelpFi" application on your smartphone, click on the "download application" button in the left corner of the screen and select the platform for downloading (IOS or Android).

For the application to work, enable Internet access or WiFi. Connecting to the network is necessary for the application to identify you and determine your location.

During installation, the application will ask for access to your geolocation and permission to send notifications. If you choose not to send notifications during installation, you can turn them on later in your phone settings.

After you have installed the application, register or log in. To do this, click on the menu button in the upper left corner, and select the item "sig in/sign up".

3. How to order a service?

After successfully registering on the site or in the mobile application, you will be taken to the main page. Where the map will be shown on the right and a drop-down menu on the left.

At the top of the screen is a button where you need to choose whether you want to order a taxi or other types of services.

Next, you need to provide an address. This can be done in two ways. Enter the address manually in the top line, or place a marker on the map.

After choosing the address, you also need to select the type of service you need, this can also be done in two ways. You can enter the name of the desired service in the line below the address.

Or press the menu button and select the required service from the list.

The program will show you the nearest performers available to you with their rating, price and contacts.

4. How to book a Taxi?

To order a taxi, you need to click on the car icon at the top of the page.

Next, you also need to indicate your address and destination using the address lines at the top, or by placing markers on the map.

You can also choose the type of car and the time when you need to travel.

5. How to become a performer?

Any person over the age of 18 can become a performer. If you provide services and want to increase the number of customers, HelpFi will help you with this! After successful registration on the site or in the application, you get to the main page of the project! On the right you have a map, on the left is a pop-up menu.

There are two ways to become a performer and start offering your services.

First way!

In the search bar at the top of the screen, enter your address and the name of the service

Next, find the type of service that suits you and click the “Create Service” button

Next, go through the registration by filling in the necessary information about yourself, the service you provide, your contacts and work schedule and click the "Create a service" button.

READY!!

Your service has been created and added to the list. Here you need to go to the chat bot to receive orders, notifications and news about the project, and you can also go to other sections of the project to find out detailed information about how else you can earn with HelpFi.

By clicking on the “My Services” button, you will be taken to an account where all the services you provide will be displayed. Here you can remove, edit and add new services.

The second way!

On the left side of the screen, find the Create Service menu. You will see a list of services you have already created (if you have not created services before, this list will be empty). Click the "Create Service" button

Next, go through the registration in the same way as indicated in the first method.
